Digital Project Coordinator

As Project Coordinator, you are responsible for assisting the project management team in delivering successful digital creative projects and maintaining internal operations, tasks and resource management. The Project Coordinator will work directly with our Digital Project Managers, collaborating with account management, design, copywriting, and media teams to execute projects on time, on budget, and at the highest level of quality.

The ideal team members are both “right-brained” (creative) and “left-brained” (analytical), able to use data-driven insights to inform performance-minded creative projects.


  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
  • Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
  • Coordinate and communicate details of project meetings, including agenda development and meeting recaps, including preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings, agenda development, and meeting recaps
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met with active monitoring of scope and timeline, budget, scheduling, and initiative prioritization
  • Provide consistent, proactive communication and status reports for all stakeholders around status, milestones, and delivery of digital projects; coordination of requests and/or feedback as needed
  • Determining project changes
  • Ensuring team members have the supplies and resources they need to complete their assigned tasks on time and within their budget limits
  • Organizing reports, invoices, contracts, and other financial files for easy access
  • Quality assurance assistance, including copy and design reviews, client feedback integration, and media trafficking requirements


  • Exceptionally clear and effective verbal, written, and presentation skills, with ability to speak and write persuasively in marketing and interpersonal contexts 
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience using PM tools such as Asana, SmartSheet, JIRA, or others a plus
  • Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance priorities across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to get things done despite speed bumps or ambiguity; embraces change, is flexible and adaptable in the face of change
  • Confident problem solving, facilitation, prioritization and decision making
  • Proactively seeks opportunities to increase knowledge, skills and abilities
