Retargeter finds your users on the web using the email list. People on the mailing list are then cookied by Retargeter automatically. Finally, those users are served display ads all over the web. Youtube Makes Watching Videos Easier In a recent post, Youtube said that after subscribing to a channel on their site, you will be able to see other video channels based on your previous interests and subscriptions.
